A few reminders and updates:

-Pizza and Milk orders went home last week, please return them with a cheque as soon as possible if you want to order either for your child

-Tuesday will be Purple and Grey day in support of our Cross-Country Running Team - Go Stars!

-Wednesday both grades will have a math test - see the previous blog post about topics to be covered.  A review sheet came home on Friday to help with studying and review.  It does not need to be completed or returned to the school; however watching your child complete a few of each question will give you a good indication of how well they understand the topic (Place Value, Addition and Subtraction with and without regrouping)

-Thursday is our Thanksgiving Mass.  Some of the Grade 5 students will be reading, others will be bringing up non-perishable food donations to the altar.  You are, as always, invited to join us for Mass.  Please send in non-perishable food donations with your child for our Thanksgiving Food Drive - your generosity is appreciated by those less fortunate in our community!

-Friday is a PD Day - there is no school for students.  Staff will be at the Shaw Centre celebrating Mass with the Archbishop and participating in Christian Community Day activities.
